Mobilink customers can open a mobile account by visiting any Branch of Waseela Microfinance Bank, Mobilink franchise or Mobilink customer care center.
Through a Mobicash mobile account, Mobilink customers can avail an array of services like, bill payment, transfer of money, and many other valuable services by using their mobile handsets at their own convenience.
Mobilink customers with a mobile account can go to any Mobilink franchise, customer care center or Mobicash retailer to deposit money as well as withdraw money from their mobile accounts on the spot.

How to access Mobicash Mobile Account services?

To access Mobicash Mobile Account menu dial *786#. For first time use after registration follow the instructions to change MPIN(secret password). Once MPIN is changed, language selection menu will open.
Select language and then select the menu for your desired service. For example to send money to someone, select Send Money option.

An easy & simple process

  • Customer has to visit the nearest Waseela Microfinance Bank branch, Mobilink franchise or customer care center with his original and valid CNIC
  • The customer support staff will take a photograph of the customer
  • After successful registration of customers mobile account he/she would receive a call from the bank team to verify their details
  • After the customer’s verification has been successfully completed the customer will receive a 4 digit secret MPIN after which he/she will be able to perform transactions.

Only CNIC required.
Low level KYC Fields are required for account opening.
The account will be active after the successful verification of the documents.

The account shall be opened in a bank branch.
The account application form should be filled and signed.
Fulfillment of all KYC requirements specified under regulations issued by State Bank of Pakistan.
